software support and training
In order to significantly reduce our software licence prices, first year support is no longer included in the software licence fee.
You may notice, for example, that the 4 PC Quick-Junction licence is now reduced from £1,725 to £550 (UKP) - a 70% reduction.
Fast-Answers software is easy to install and use and is accompanied by a comprehensive manual, and we have noticed that users don't normally need much support. This has been major considerations in the determination of our large price reductions.
Therefore, we now offer support at an hourly rate. This is normally £45 per hour with a minimum charge of £30 (UKP) per incident.
Our support services supply:
- remote assistance in the unlikely event of problems during program installation
- assistance with operational or technical problems
- assistance with application of the software to junction capacity assessment and design problems.
